advertising that in our opinion relates to the GLBT consumer or agent's
real estate and relocation needs. Any advertising that
RainbowReferrals.com judges to go against our site's philosophies and
values will not be accepted or displayed.
Real Estate Firms
We accept advertising and banner ads from real estate firms and agents at this time.
Sexual, Alcohol and Tobacco Content
Our site is
oriented to Lesbian and Gay individuals and their children, if any. We
strive to provide an educational and "kid-safe" atmosphere from which to
learn and network. We do not accept or promote business advertising of
this nature. We will not knowingly provide access to such web sites via
hyper linking.
Banner Ads
Banner Ads are for branding, messaging, promotions or to drive traffic to your
web site.
"Fixed" Banner Ad Campaigns
Your banner ad is displayed at all times (fixed) on
its designated page when that page is viewed. It will not be switched with
another business' ad, as in "Rotational banner ads".
"Rotational" Banner Ad Campaigns
Your banner ad is displayed in consecutive order
(rotating) with the other ads on that same page's banner ad space. The
specific view time depends on the number of other banner ads under
contract for same banner space. (i.e. Your ad may appear second in the run
of 4 ads for that space. This is a 25% viewer ship of your banner ad in the
campaign.)
Standard Banner Squares
Our smaller ad space is in the shape of squares
(instead of the standard rectangular banner ad). These provide you
with another cost effective and high impact path to drive traffic to your
growing business.

Advertising Terms:
- 3 months minimum contract for all General Advertisers, not including Classified Ads, Sponsorship
- All advertising must be paid for prier to posting and viewing of banner ad.
- Advertisers that sign up for a six month contract will receive
a 10% discount on advertising costs.
- Advertisers that sign up for a twelve month contract will
receive a 15% discount on advertising costs.

Site Sponsorship
Site Sponsorship allows an advertiser to
present an "in context" marketing message or be associated with an
audience segment, like Lesbians, Kids, Agents by City or State, or even a
subject of interest.
- Minimum 6 month commitment ($500 per month).
- Twelve or more months (10% Discount) ($450 per month).
- Prices are subject to change as our viewer
volume grows. Active contracts will be honored at their contract rate
until expiration at which time the adjusted rates apply.
- First time Sponsors will need to prepay before
campaign begins and is displayed.
- All Sponsorship campaigns must
renegotiate fees with each renewal.
- RainbowReferrals.com reserves the right to withhold
renewal.
